Orem City has decided that 19 candidates running for Orem
City Council and Mayor's office this year is too many to mail the same voter
information pamphlet that has been mailed out in the past.
The state election laws, governing "voter Information Packets", are 20A-7-801.
Can Orem legally change the content of their voter information packets?
