Orem City PD-34 Zone University Mall 1300 South State Street, 34.43 acres currently

Planning Commission Meeting November 20, at 3:30 Study Session.

The first page of the proposed 34 page zone change for ONLY the University Mall in Orem states
that it only applies to the University mall parcel at 1300 South state.  It is for a regional shopping center, a mixed use development and only applies to parcels of 100 acres or more.

University Mall is 34.43 acres right now, needs to add 65.67 acres for this PD-34 zone to apply to them.

Some of the Permitted Uses for the University Mall new zone are:

Trailers for Recycling
Rooming and boarding Houses
Assisted Living
Senior Independent Living
Hotels, Motels, Tourist Courts
Industrial
Bus Terminals
Intermodal
