Orem
city will be holding public charrettes Aug.19-21 as part of its planning
strategy to create an Economic Development Strategic Plan. A
charrette is more than just an open house or meeting -- it is considered an
intensive planning session to develop policy and procedure for the city. City
leaders are hoping residents will invest some time, drop by and give their
opinion.
The
public is invited to all sessions, which will be held in the City Council
chambers:

6 p.m. Tuesday, charrette opening presentation and workshop
--
10:30 a.m.-noon Wednesday, informal drop-by and visit with team
--
6 p.m. Thursday, charrette final presentation and workshop
