No Constitutional Amendment Convention for Daw's Bill HJR014

The House Government Operations Committee voted 5-5 against Brad Daw's proposed  HJR014 - Joint Resolution Applying for an Article V Amendments Convention, consequently the motion to recommend failed.  The five votes in favor were Galvez, B., Perry L., Powell, K., Richardson, H. and Vickers, E.  The votes against were Chavez-Houck, R., Fisher, Janice, Greenwood, R., Oda, C., and Sagers, D.
