Oda's HB 75 Takes Away 1,000 ft. Gun Free Zone Around Schools and Day Care

House Bill 75 called Dangerous Weapons Amendments:
 General Description:                      "This bill modifies provisions of the Utah Criminal Code regarding the definition of "on
                  or about school premises" as related to the use of a dangerous weapon."

This bill passed out of the House Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Committee and now goes to the House.
