ATLANTA, Oct. 22, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- During the October 16 U.S. presidential debate, Republican nominee Mitt Romney  said President Barack Obama waited 14 days to declare the attack in Benghazi an "Act of Terror" before the president protested, interrupting, "Get the transcript," which he claimed refuted Romney's assertion. 

Videotape from the live event shows debate moderator Candy Crowley with what appears to be the transcript of the President's Rose Garden speech in hand, waving it about as if on cue from the President.
